If you don't yet have a web site why not let us build and manage your site for you? Your web site will appear under its own '.co.uk' domain name and provide an attractive showcase for your property and its surrounding area. We provide a number of special features tailored to the needs of Holiday Let landlords. All these features can be included in your web site no extra cost.
Availability Calendar

Your site will include a 12 month calendar showing the dates that are already booked and those that are available. You can update the calendar yourself through your 'site manager' page. We move the calendar forward each month so it always starts with the current month.
'Special Offers' and 'Latest News' Section

At the top of the first page of your site is a section that you can change youself as often as you like. Through your 'site manager' page you can change or delete the title of this section and the paragraph of text that follows. You might want to use this section to publicise a local event that could attract visitors to the area, or to offer a special reduction in prices.
Show you location on a Google Map

Your site will include a custom map showing your extact location. Vistors to your site will be able to zoom in an out; switch to a satellite view, and for many location, switch to Google Street View allowing your site visitors to view area surrounding your property at street level.
Submission to Google 'Locations'

When people include a location in their search (for example 'holiday cottage Ripon') Google may include a map in the results showing the locations of the holiday cottage they have found in the search area. We will submit location details of your property to Google with the aim that your property will appear in these results.
Submission to Search Engines

We will submit details of your new site to a number of search engines. It can take a number of weeks for the search engine companies to act on submissions, and the results cannot be guaranteed, but the aim is for your site to appear in the search engine listings when people search for holiday accommodation in your area.
'Contact Us' Form

We will provide a 'Contact Us' form on your site to make it easy for potential customer to get in touch with you. Site visitors complete a form containing their basic contact details and details of their enquiry. When they click the 'send' button these details are emailed to you.
Optional Google 'Adwords' campaigns

The single most important thing about managing a web site is making sure people can find it. Over the years we've learned that the only reliable way to do this is through 'pay-per-click' advertising. We use Google Adwords as our pay-per-click provider and we will set up and manage campaigns for you. All you need to do is decide on your advertising budget and we do the rest. You may, for example, decide on a two month campaign with a budget of £1 a day. You would pay us £60 and we will set up an run the campaign. All the money you pay goes into the campaign, our fee for running the campaign is included in our monthly charge. At the end of the campaign we'll send you a report detailing many clicks the campaign has generated and how much each click has cost.
Accept Payments through PayPal

You will be able to accept deposit and final balance payments through your site site using PayPal.

PayPal provides a secure and convenient way of accepting credit and debit card payments through your web site.
Who are we?

Based in Hertfordshire in the UK, Easy Holiday Let is a Web Design and Management company is run by Peter and Catherine Gill. We are a husband and wife team; both professional IT consultants. Very much at the 'experience' end of the 'youth/experience' scale we are able to offer you over fifty years experience between us.
How Much Will It Cost?

We charge £18 per month to manage your site. This fee includes the design and build of the site and all the features shown above with the exception of the optional 'pay-per-click' advertising charges. There is an initial 12 month minimum contract, then a 1 month notice period after this. You will not be charged until your site is up and running to your complete satisfaction

For a typical holiday let this means that if your new site generates just one extra week's booking each year it will more than pay for itself. (Of course we hope it will generate a lot more than one extra booking!).
